This Refund Policy explains our policies regarding refunds for IndexFlow's credit-based SEO indexing service. Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase.
2. Credit-Based System Explained
IndexFlow operates on a credit-based model:
- Each URL check or submission consumes one (1) credit
- Credits are purchased in packages (Starter, Pro, Agency plans)
- Credits do not expire and remain in your account until used
- Credits are non-transferable between accounts
3. Consumed Credits Are Non-Refundable
Important: Once credits are consumed (used for checking or submitting URLs), they cannot be refunded.
This is because:
- We incur API costs from Google for each URL processed
- Server resources are consumed during processing
- The service has been delivered and cannot be "returned"
We encourage you to start with our free 100 credits or a smaller package to test the service before committing to larger purchases.
4. Unused Credits Refund Policy
For unused credits only: You may request a refund within 14 days of purchase under the following conditions:
4.1 Eligibility Requirements
- Refund request must be made within 14 days of purchase
- Credits must be completely unused (0% consumption)
- Account must not have violated our Terms of Service
- Only one refund per customer (to prevent abuse)
4.2 Partial Refunds
If you have used some credits from your purchased package:
- We will calculate the value of consumed credits (used credits × price per credit)
- This amount will be deducted from your refund
- Example: Purchased 1,000 credits for $50, used 200 credits → Refund: $40 (for 800 unused credits)
5. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, follow these steps:

- Include the following information:
- Your account email address
- Order/Transaction ID (found in your transaction history)
- Reason for refund request
- Date of purchase
- Wait for review: We will review your request within 2-3 business days
- Receive refund: If approved, refunds are processed within 5-10 business days to your original payment method
6. Special Circumstances
6.1 Service Issues
If you experience technical issues preventing you from using the service:
- Contact our support team immediately
- We will work to resolve the issue within 48 hours
- If the issue cannot be resolved, we may offer a refund or credit compensation
6.2 Unauthorized Purchases
If you believe a purchase was made without your authorization:
- Report it to us within 7 days
- We will investigate and may issue a full refund if confirmed
- You may also need to dispute the charge with your payment provider
6.3 Account Termination
If we terminate your account due to Terms of Service violations, no refund will be provided for any remaining credits.
7. Subscription Plans (If Applicable)
Currently, IndexFlow operates on a one-time credit purchase model. If we introduce subscription plans in the future:
- You can cancel your subscription at any time
- No refunds for partial billing periods
- Access continues until the end of the current billing cycle
8. Refund Processing Time
Once your refund is approved:
- Processing: 2-3 business days for review and approval
- Payment Provider: 5-10 business days for funds to appear in your account (depending on your bank/card issuer)
- Notification: You will receive an email confirmation when the refund is processed
9. Chargebacks
Warning: Filing a chargeback before contacting us may result in account suspension.
If you dispute a charge with your payment provider (chargeback):
- Your account will be immediately suspended pending investigation
- All credits will be frozen
- We reserve the right to permanently ban accounts that abuse chargeback systems

10. Free Credits and Promotions
Credits provided as:
- Signup bonuses (100 free credits)
- Promotional offers
- Referral bonuses
- Compensatory credits
...have no cash value and cannot be refunded or transferred.
