1. Introduction

Welcome to IndexFlow. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of IndexFlow's SEO indexing tool and related services (the "Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

IndexFlow is a professional SEO indexing tool that helps users check Google index status and submit URLs for faster crawling.

2. Service Description

IndexFlow provides the following services:

  • Index status checking for URLs
  • URL submission for Google indexing
  • Internal linking analysis and suggestions
  • Index monitoring and tracking
  • API access for developers

The Service is provided on a credit-based system. Each action (checking or submitting a URL) consumes credits from your account balance.

3. Account Terms

  • You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your account
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
  • You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account
  • You must not use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
  • You must be at least 18 years old to use this Service
  • One person or legal entity may not maintain more than one free account

4. Payment & Credits

Credit System: IndexFlow operates on a credit-based system. Each URL check or submission consumes one credit.

  • Credits are purchased in packages (Starter, Pro, Agency plans)
  • New users receive 100 free credits upon signup
  • Credits do not expire but are tied to your account
  • Credits are non-transferable between accounts
  • Once credits are consumed (used for checking/submitting URLs), they are non-refundable
  • Payment processing is handled securely through Stripe
  • All prices are in USD unless otherwise stated

5. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to use the Service to:

  • Submit malicious, spam, or illegal content
  • Attempt to circumvent rate limits or credit consumption
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Service
  • Use automated systems to scrape or abuse the Service
  • Resell or redistribute the Service without authorization
  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations
  • Infringe on intellectual property rights of others

6. Service Availability

While we strive to maintain 99.9% uptime, IndexFlow is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee:

  • Uninterrupted or error-free service
  • Specific indexing results from Google
  • That all URLs will be successfully indexed by Google
  • Immediate indexing or any specific timeline

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service with or without notice.

7. Data Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and protect your data.

By using the Service, you consent to the collection and use of your data as described in the Privacy Policy.

8. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by IndexFlow and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, IndexFlow shall not be liable for:

  • Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
  • Any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill
  • Any damages resulting from Google's indexing decisions or changes to their algorithms
  • Any damages arising from unauthorized access to your account
  • Any damages exceeding the amount you paid to IndexFlow in the past 12 months

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including:

  • Breach of these Terms
  • Fraudulent or illegal activity
  • Abuse of the Service
  • Non-payment

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. Unused credits may be forfeited unless refund is requested within 14 days (see Refund Policy).

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by email or through the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international laws. Any disputes arising from these Terms or use of the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration.
